Terms of Use

Accelerated Workforce Solutions, LLC

Effective date: October 4, 2026

These Terms of Use explain the rules for using the website of Accelerated Workforce Solutions, LLC (AWS, we, us or our), including our employer, applicant and callback forms. The Website means acceleratedworkforcesolutions.com and AWS forms linked to these Terms. These Terms address website use; separate agreements govern staffing services and employment.

1 Acceptance and eligibility

When a form or other feature presents a clear acceptance statement linked to these Terms, checking the I agree box or selecting the identified acceptance control means you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit a form or use a feature that requires acceptance.

The Website and its forms are intended for people who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2 Staffing and employment agreements

These Terms do not create or amend a master staffing services agreement, client service agreement, job offer, employment agreement or assignment confirmation. A separate agreement controls its own subject matter, including rates, payment, placement, conversion fees, insurance, workplace responsibilities and employment conditions, where applicable. These Terms do not override that agreement or applicable law.

3 Employer inquiries and service availability

An inquiry, callback request or website estimate is not an accepted staffing order. Scope, rates, start times, worker qualifications and service commitments must be confirmed with AWS through the applicable agreement or authorized order process. General availability statements do not guarantee that a particular position, shift or project can be staffed.

Provide accurate information about duties, work locations, schedules, hazards and job-related requirements. Do not submit discriminatory or otherwise unlawful staffing criteria. Required credentials, training, screening and safety responsibilities must be addressed for the particular assignment. Website descriptions do not establish that every candidate holds every certification.

4 Applications and employment opportunities

Submitting an application or résumé does not guarantee an interview, referral, assignment or employment. Job descriptions and availability may change. Pay, benefits, location, schedule and other assignment conditions are confirmed through the applicable hiring or assignment process.

Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, including work history, qualifications, licenses and availability, and tell AWS about material corrections. Screening and eligibility requirements depend on the position and applicable law. Nothing on the Website replaces a required disclosure, authorization, offer or employment document.

5 Information and materials you submit

You retain ownership of your résumé and other materials you submit. You give AWS permission to receive, review, store and use those materials, and to provide relevant information to service providers and prospective employers or clients, as reasonably necessary for the recruiting, staffing or inquiry purpose for which you submitted them. This permission is limited by our Privacy Policy, your applicable choices and the law.

Only submit information and materials you are entitled to provide. Obtain appropriate permission before supplying another person’s information. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, identity documents or medical records in a general inquiry, callback request or résumé. AWS will provide appropriate instructions when sensitive information is needed for an authorized process.

6 Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how AWS handles personal information and how to make privacy requests. Please read it at https://acceleratedworkforcesolutions.com/Privacy-Policy.html.

Requesting a callback or submitting an inquiry or application allows AWS to respond about that request or opportunity. Accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing, automated calls or texts that require separate consent, background checks or medical testing. Required notices and authorizations are handled separately. You may change recruiting or marketing communication preferences by contacting AWS or using available opt-out instructions.

7 Using website content

AWS or its licensors own the Website’s design, text, graphics, logos and other content, except materials owned by their respective submitters or other owners. You may view, download, print and share reasonable portions for your personal job search or your organization’s internal evaluation and use of AWS staffing services. Keep copyright and ownership notices intact.

Unless the law permits otherwise, other reproduction, resale, public republication or modification requires the relevant owner’s permission. You may link to a public AWS page without falsely suggesting sponsorship or endorsement. These Terms do not transfer ownership of AWS trademarks or restrict uses protected by law.

8 Prohibited conduct

Do not use the Website to:

  • Impersonate another person, submit knowingly false information or carry out fraud or other unlawful activity.
  • Upload malware, disrupt services, bypass security or access systems or information without authorization.
  • Harvest personal information for unsolicited solicitation or other unauthorized purposes.
  • Submit material that unlawfully infringes another person’s rights, or disclose confidential information without authority.

These restrictions do not prohibit lawful reviews, protected speech, legally protected workplace activity or good-faith reports to authorities.

9 Other websites and service providers

The Website may link to job boards, client websites or other independent services and may use providers to operate forms or other features. An independent service may have its own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself mean AWS endorses that service. Using a provider to support AWS does not remove obligations the law places on AWS.

10 Website availability and access

We may update, maintain or discontinue Website features, and may restrict access to address misuse, security concerns or legal requirements. Access may be interrupted or information may contain errors. Contact AWS if you need to confirm a material detail or cannot use a form. Restricting Website access does not itself terminate employment or a staffing agreement, or remove recordkeeping and other legal obligations.

11 Website warranties and liability

The Website is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the extent permitted by law, AWS disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement concerning the Website. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the extent permitted by law, AWS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the Website. This limitation does not govern staffing or employment services covered by a separate agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or any responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. These Terms do not waive rights relating to wages, discrimination, workplace safety, workers’ compensation, privacy or other legally protected matters.

12 Questions and disputes

Please contact AWS if you have a concern about the Website. Trying to resolve a concern with us is voluntary and does not prevent a lawful report, agency complaint or legal proceeding, or extend a filing deadline.

These Terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions or a jury trial, or shorten a statutory deadline. They do not change any separate, valid dispute-resolution agreement. Unless such an agreement governing the dispute provides otherwise, disputes may be brought in a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing here restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

13 Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms prospectively by posting the updated version and effective date. We will provide additional notice and obtain renewed acceptance when required by law. Revisions do not retroactively change rights or obligations arising from earlier events without a lawful agreement. Please review the version presented when you submit a form or use a feature that requires acceptance.

14 Other provisions

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later. These Terms constitute the agreement about Website use between AWS and a user who accepts them, subject to the separate agreements and nonwaivable rights described above.
