Privacy Policy
Accelerated Workforce Solutions, LLC
Effective date: October 4, 2026
Accelerated Workforce Solutions, LLC (AWS, we, us or our) uses personal information to respond to staffing requests, connect candidates with employment opportunities and administer our business. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we use it, when we disclose it and how you can contact us about your information.
This policy covers our website, employer inquiries, callback requests, job applications and related recruiting and staffing communications. It also describes information handled during screening, placement and employment where applicable. Separate notices and authorizations may apply to those activities. This policy does not replace a required background-check disclosure or authorization, or any consent required for a particular use of information.
1 Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with AWS and the stage of the recruiting or employment process.
- Contact and employer information. Name, title, company, email address, telephone number, work location, staffing needs, requested callback details and information included in messages or supporting documents.
- Applicant information. Contact details, city, state, ZIP code, résumé, cover letter, employment history, education, qualifications, certifications, licenses, skills, references, desired compensation, availability and job, shift, travel or assignment preferences.
- Placement and employment information. When relevant, assignment details, attendance, time records, compensation, payroll and tax information, work authorization, emergency contacts and information needed to administer employment or legally required benefits.
- Screening and sensitive information. Where permitted and relevant to the position, identity or government identification information, background or driving records, drug-screening results and job-related medical or fitness clearance information. We obtain these through the appropriate separate screening or onboarding process, with required notices and authorizations.
- Website and device information. IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring pages, interaction information and technical, security or cookie identifiers generated when you use our website or embedded forms.
Please do not put Social Security numbers, bank details, identity documents, medical records or other sensitive information in a general inquiry, résumé or callback form. If needed for an authorized purpose, AWS will provide instructions for the appropriate process. Fields marked required are needed to process that particular request; other fields are optional.
2 Where information comes from
We receive information directly from you; from employers and clients; from references, referral sources and recruiting platforms; and, where permitted, from credential, screening and other service providers. Some website information is collected automatically. If you provide information about another person, such as a reference or emergency contact, provide only what is appropriate and ensure you are authorized to share it.
3 How we use information
- Respond to requests. Answer questions, arrange callbacks, understand workforce needs and prepare staffing proposals.
- Recruit and place candidates. Assess qualifications, verify relevant experience or credentials, match candidates with suitable work, coordinate interviews and communicate about current or future opportunities.
- Administer assignments and employment. Complete authorized screening and onboarding, coordinate work, maintain required records, process payroll and support applicable safety and employment obligations.
- Operate and protect AWS. Maintain and improve our website and services, troubleshoot problems, secure systems and investigate suspected fraud or misuse.
- Communicate and meet obligations. Manage client and candidate relationships, send permitted service or marketing communications, comply with law and address disputes or legal claims.
We limit collection and use to information reasonably needed for these purposes. When another use requires a separate notice or consent under applicable law, we provide that notice or obtain that consent before proceeding.
4 When we disclose information
- Prospective employers and clients. We may provide relevant contact information, résumés, qualifications, work preferences, availability and assignment-related information to evaluate a candidate for an opportunity, arrange placement or administer an assignment. Sensitive screening or clearance information is disclosed only as permitted by law and as needed for the relevant purpose.
- Service providers. Providers supporting form processing, website hosting, email, document storage, recruiting and client-management systems, screening, payroll, accounting and other business functions may process information for AWS. Our website uses Jotform for forms and GoDaddy hosting services. We use contractual and other appropriate safeguards for information entrusted to providers.
- Professional advisers and authorities. We may disclose necessary information to lawyers, accountants, insurers, regulators, law enforcement or other recipients to comply with law, obtain advice, address claims, protect safety or investigate misuse.
- Business transactions. Information may be disclosed during a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections and applicable notice requirements.
- At your direction. We may disclose information when you request or authorize us to do so, subject to applicable law.
An employer receiving candidate information may handle it under its own privacy practices and legal obligations. You may ask AWS which employer is considering you and contact that employer about its handling of your information.
5 Cookies and website technologies
Our website, hosting provider and embedded form provider may use cookies, local storage, logs and similar technologies to operate forms, maintain functionality, measure performance and protect against misuse. These providers may receive device and usage information when their services load. Depending on their technology and settings, third parties may collect information about online activity over time and across other websites or services.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any privacy controls offered by the relevant provider. Blocking cookies may affect forms or other features. Clearing cookies does not delete information you have already submitted to AWS.
Our website does not respond to the older browser Do Not Track signal. This differs from legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. Where applicable law requires us to process such a signal, we honor it for the processing activities it covers. It does not prevent information processing needed to provide services you request.
6 Sale and targeted advertising
AWS does not sell or rent personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use it for targeted advertising based on activity across unrelated websites. We disclose information for the recruiting, staffing and business purposes described in this policy. You may contact us using the details below to submit a privacy choice or an opt-out request.
7 How long we retain information
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, considering the following criteria:
- Employer contacts and inquiries. Whether the inquiry or client relationship is active, when we last interacted and applicable business-record or legal requirements.
- Applications and recruiting records. The recruitment process, consideration for suitable future opportunities, your preferences, the usefulness and accuracy of the record and legally required hiring-record retention.
- Screening and employment records. The assignment or employment relationship and applicable payroll, tax, employment, safety, insurance, screening and legal-claim requirements.
- Website and security records. The period needed for functionality, troubleshooting, security investigations and relevant provider settings.
- Privacy requests and communication preferences. The period needed to document our response, honor your choices and meet applicable legal requirements.
Legal holds and unresolved claims may require longer retention. When information is no longer needed, we delete it, securely dispose of it or deidentify it, subject to applicable requirements and backup schedules. Information retained in backups remains protected until it is overwritten or deleted in the ordinary course.
8 How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and our business. Access is limited to people and providers with a legitimate need for the relevant purpose. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe information provided to AWS has been accessed or used without authorization.
9 Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact AWS to update your contact details, ask about your information, change recruiting preferences or request that we stop contacting you about future opportunities. Additional legal rights depend on where you live, the information involved and whether the relevant law applies to AWS.
Where applicable, these rights may include access to or confirmation of processing; a copy of information in a portable format; correction; deletion; withdrawal of consent; limits on certain uses of sensitive information; and opting out of sale, targeted advertising or certain profiling or automated decisions. California residents have applicable CCPA rights when AWS and the relevant processing are covered by that law. Certain laws exclude employment or business-contact information.
To submit a request, email doug.garnhart@acceleratedworkforcesolutions.com or call (210) 505-8412. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant record. You do not need to create an account. Do not email sensitive identity documents unless we provide appropriate instructions. We may verify your identity and, where permitted, an authorized agent's authority before acting.
We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or denial. Rights are subject to legal exceptions, including required record retention and protection of others' information. We do not charge for requests unless the law permits it, and we do not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate for exercising privacy rights.
If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a denial, reply to our decision or contact us using the same details and identify your message as a Privacy Appeal. We will review the appeal and provide the response and regulator-contact information required by law. Nevada residents may use this same email address for a verified request to opt out of sales covered by Nevada law.
10 Calls and messages
When you request a callback or submit an inquiry or application, we use your contact information to respond and communicate about the relevant services or opportunities. That request is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing or to communications requiring separate consent. You can ask us to stop recruiting or marketing communications by contacting us, using an available unsubscribe link or following opt-out instructions in a message. Necessary employment, transaction or legal communications may continue.
11 Age requirements
Our website and recruiting services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. Please do not submit an application if you are under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 through this website. If you believe such information has been submitted, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.
12 Processing locations
AWS operates in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy protections may differ between locations. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, we use the safeguards required for that transfer. Contact us if you have questions about the handling of your information outside your location.
13 Other websites and services
Links to an employer, job board or other independent website may take you to services governed by that organization's privacy policy. Review those policies before submitting information. Our use of a provider to process AWS forms does not remove our responsibilities for information handled on our behalf.
14 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent before applying the change as required by law.
